NRS6258: Records being truncated with ++UNLOAD function of TNCUTIL

Wednesday, March 7, 2001 at 08:55:53 am    Certain records were being truncated when extracted from the Network Data File with the ++UNLOAD function of the TNCUTIL utility.

Wednesday, March 7, 2001 at 08:59:07 am    Certain records were being identified as Rulesets erroneously. Rulesets were being re-formatted during ++UNLOAD to convert them to V182 format. This caused these wrongly identified records to be truncated when written to the output file. PTF TNC18204 corrects the logic to ensure that the record in question is indeed a Ruleset before re-formatting is performed.
