This PTF corrects the 3270 formatting string sent to the
terminal device when a new password needs to be validated via
GLOBALS .NEW-PSWD=VALIDATE. Network Director 423 (as shipped)
neglects to insert the proper Start Field command.

This PTF changes the Show UDB processor to avoid calling TNDSHOP
to process the MESSAGES= operand. This function has been moved
to TNDSHBIT for 4.2.3 and the SHOP call should have been removed.
This PTF duplicates a legitimate call to SHOP for SELECTIONS=,
which eliminates the potential for S0C4 processing MESSAGES=

This PTF changes the RACROUTE STAT= option from ASIS to NO. The
installation can change it to STAT=ASIS by specifying DEFAULT
ATTRIBUTES=RACFSTAT. It should go on all 423 systems

This PTF corrects logic in the Director's RACF interface routine
related to computing whether the TND0602 password expiration warning
message will be issued or not. The Director was incorrectly
computing the number of days that had elapsed from "date last set"
if the date involved a julian date past 1/1/2000.
This PTF also corrects internal processing related to
proper computation of the Julian Date in PDAJDATE.
